Overview

WeekPilot processes the household, meal-planning, recipe, and pantry information you choose to enter so it can create and maintain your weekly dinner plan.

This policy applies to the WeekPilot mobile application and its related support services.

Sources and permissions

Most information is provided directly by you or created as you use the app. Device, diagnostic, and transaction information may come from your device, Apple, Google, or the service providers used to operate the app.

Permission-controlled information is accessed only after you grant the relevant device permission. You can revoke a permission in system settings, although the related feature may stop working.

Information we process

• Household size, meal preferences, dietary notes, time limits, budget, recipes, planned meals, pantry items, and grocery-list changes entered by the user.
• Purchase entitlement information used to provide WeekPilot Pro and restore purchases.
• Device, diagnostics, security, and support information needed to operate and troubleshoot the app.

How we use information

• Create, update, and store requested dinner plans, recipes, pantry records, and grocery lists.
• Provide premium access, restore purchases, and respond to support requests.
• Maintain app security, reliability, and performance.

Sharing and service providers

• Apple and purchase-entitlement providers used for app distribution, billing, and premium access.
• Infrastructure and support providers only where needed to operate configured services or answer a request.
• Information is not sold, and meal-planning data is not shared with advertisers by the app.

We do not sell personal information. We do not permit service providers to use information for their own unrelated purposes.

International processing

Gamina and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires it, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect information during those transfers.

Storage and retention

Meal plans, recipes, pantry items, and grocery lists are stored locally until you edit them, delete them, or remove the app and its data. Transaction, security, and support records may be kept longer where required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

• Choose which household, recipe, budget, and pantry details to enter.
• Edit or delete meal plans, recipes, pantry items, and grocery-list entries in the app.
• Contact support about provider-side purchase or support information associated with your request.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may also give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and to complain to a data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.

Children

WeekPilot is intended for household meal planners and is not directed to children under 13.

Third-party services and links

The app may link to or interoperate with services controlled by other companies. Their privacy practices apply to information they collect independently, so review their notices and controls before using those services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
